The church, built in 1861 on the site of an old wooden temple, has lost its finishes with domes and bell tower, and has undergone changes in its internal layout. The walls, erected on a brick foundation, are made of logs without remnants and are clad in planks. This is a typical example of wooden architecture in Bryansk during the eclectic period. The building has an elongated rectangular shape with a protruding narthex on the western facade, which serves as the first tier of the bell tower. The altar part is distinguished by a slight bevel of the corners of the eastern facade, a weak risalit in the center, and a semi-portico with a round attic window above the gable on the eastern side. The gable roofs of the main volume and the narthex are completed with pediments, with a large window located in the tympanum of the first one. The side facades are conditionally divided into a central part, altar, and refectory. In front of the three openings of the central part, which include a door and windows on the sides, there are wide porches with canopies on intricately carved four-sided pillars.
