The wooden church was built in 1879 on the site of a previous one that had burned down. The structure is made using the "lap" technique, clad in planks, and decorated in "Russian style." The church has a cross-shaped form and consists of a square base, a light octagon under an eight-sided dome with an onion-shaped top on a thin neck. It is adjoined by a massive rectangular apse with lowered extensions and protruding side parts, as well as a wide refectory with two small columned porches. The bell tower was lost, but the narthex with a central columned porch remains. In 1937, the church was closed, the dome and bell tower were dismantled, and the building was used as a club and later as a grain storage facility. During the occupation, the church was restored and has not been closed since. The completion was restored.

The structure of the church includes the main square base and rectangular extensions of the altar. The interior was decorated in the 20th century.
