In the village of Ezdotsky, a chapel dedicated to Saint Joasaph of Belgorod was built in 2011, becoming part of a spiritual complex. On December 24 of the same year, a solemn consecration of the wooden chapel with a separate bell tower, housing five bells, took place. The consecration ceremony was conducted by Archbishop John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol.

The chapel, dedicated to the heavenly patron of Belogorye, Saint Joasaph of Belgorod, a miracle worker, is located in a picturesque birch park by the water. With its construction, a whole spiritual complex was created in Ezdotsky, including the chapel, the bell tower, and a memorial obelisk with the names of fellow countrymen who perished in the Great Patriotic War.

On the day of the church's opening, three white doves and one hundred balloons were released into the sky, symbolizing the 100th anniversary of the canonization of Saint Joasaph of Belgorod.
