In the village of Sven in the Bryansk region, services are held in a temporary church dedicated to the Sven Icon of the Mother of God. This church is located in a building that used to house a household goods store, and since 2011 it has become a sanctuary. A Sunday school also operates at this location. In 2018, construction of a new stone church began at the entrance to the village.
