The Church of the Meeting of the Lord in the city of Stroitely was built and consecrated at the end of the 20th century. In August 1993, with the blessing of Archbishop Juvenaly of Kursk and Belgorod, the construction of the Meeting Church in the village of Stroitely in the Yakovlevsky district began, carried out by the entire community. In 1995, the church was consecrated. From 2000 to 2001, a bell tower was added to the church. In 2002, on the feast day, church bells made in Voronezh were consecrated, giving the church its voice. During these years, the church not only changed externally but also completely updated its interior. In 2007, on the feast day, a new iconostasis created by Kursk craftsmen was consecrated.
