The village of Malo-Atylmskoye is located on the Ob River. Here stands a wooden single-story church, built between 1851 and 1853, with two altars: in honor of the Transfiguration of the Lord and Archangel Michael. In the yurts of Bolshoye-Atylmskoye, there is a chapel dedicated to the Three Holy Hierarchs: Basil the Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom, erected in 1890.

In the Karymkar yurts, there is a chapel dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker and the prophet Elijah, with revered icons of these saints. In the Leushansk yurts, there is a chapel in honor of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos with a revered icon of this feast. Services in the chapels and the attached church are held on the feast days of the saints to whom they are dedicated, as well as during Great Lent.

The parish includes the yurts: Malo-Atylmskiye (1 household), Leushanskie (15 households), Karymkarskie (35 households), Bolshoye-Atylmskiye (20 households), Muzomskie (100 households). In total, the parish has 122 households, with 489 male and 489 female parishioners. There is no church land, but there is a church capital of 2100 rubles in government bonds. The priest receives a salary of 360 rubles, and the psalmist, 120 rubles. Income from collection boxes amounts to up to 70 rubles a year. The staff includes a priest and a psalmist, and the houses of the clergy are owned by the church. Since 1888, a zemstvo primary school has been operating in the village, which was transformed into a ministerial school in 1904. In 1910, a ministerial school was opened in the yurts of Bolshoye-Atylmskiye. The nearest church of the Kondinsk Holy Trinity Women's Monastery is located 60 versts away.

The distance to the Consistory is 785 versts, to the dean and the district town, 280 versts.

During the Soviet years, the church was desecrated and destroyed.
