In 1998, the construction of the wooden Church of the Savior Not Made by Hands began. Previously, there was a wooden church in the village of Krasnaya Gorbatka dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker, but it was destroyed in the 20th century. In 2001, the new wooden church was consecrated by Archbishop Evlogy of Vladimir and Suzdal. The church has one altar and is dedicated to the Not Made by Hands Image of our Savior Jesus Christ. The feast day is celebrated on August 29 according to the new calendar.
