The Nativity of Christ Church in the village of Soldatskoye was built in the early 19th century. The church building, which survived the revolution and civil war, was closed in the late 1930s, and its restoration took place in the late 20th century.

In 1760, a wooden church was built in the village of Soldatskoye in honor of the Nativity of Christ. Next to it was a separate wooden church dedicated to the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos, which was dismantled due to its dilapidation. Materials from it were used for the iconostasis, updated in 1864, in the new stone church, also dedicated to the Nativity of Christ, with an altar in the name of the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos.

The stone church with a bell tower and altars: on the right in honor of the Protection of the Mother of God, and on the left in the name of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker, was built in the village of Soldatskoye in 1819.

During the persecutions against the Russian Orthodox Church, the church was partially destroyed.

In 1960, a long-awaited renovation was carried out: the load-bearing structures of the walls, columns, roof, and foundation were restored. In the 1980s, the central altar of the Nikolsky church was restored, and a bell tower was built next to the church.
