In 1999, a church was built in the village of Razumnoe in honor of Equal-to-the-Apostles Vladimir, which became the first in the diocese constructed from large panel blocks.

Previously, in 1883, a single-altar stone Nikolaevsky church was erected in the village of Razumnoe. Its parish included 1,409 residents from the villages of Dalnie Peski, Dorogobuzhinovka, and Generalovka. The church had a parish school and literacy schools. However, during the Soviet era, the church was destroyed.

On August 1, 1999, Archbishop Ioann of Belgorod and Starooskol consecrated the new church of Saint Equal-to-the-Apostles Vladimir.

This church houses a copy of the miraculous icon of the Mother of God "The Inexhaustible Cup," which was discovered in 1878 at the Serpukhov Vvedensky Monastery. The copy was brought to Belgorod in July 2001. People pray before this icon for help in overcoming alcoholism and drug addiction.

On July 15, 2003, Archbishop Ioann consecrated a chapel in the new cemetery of the village of Razumnoe in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "The Seeking of the Lost."

The church also contains an icon of Saint John, Archbishop of Shanghai and San Francisco, along with a relic of his remains.
