A small wooden church with a single altar. The main octagonal volume, built in the "lap" technique, is topped with a faceted dome with an onion-shaped head, placed on a tiered pedestal. It is adjoined by a rectangular apse and narthex, whose roofs have a gable shape and are adorned with small domes that repeat the church's finish. The great consecration of the church in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh was conducted by Metropolitan Alexander of Bryansk and Sevsk on September 29, 2017. The church is dedicated to the memory of the destroyed church of the same name in the settlement.

After the liturgy, the believers bowed to the cross placed on the altar. Then, Bishop Alexander addressed those gathered. In the year of the 700th anniversary of St. Sergius, churches were built in his honor in Bryansk, one of which was erected in Raditsa-Krylovka, where Father Vladimir Grishin serves. In gratitude for the efforts in building the church, Metropolitan Alexander presented archpastoral certificates to benefactors, church workers, and active parishioners. The rector, in turn, gifted the bishop a carved icon of St. Sergius of Radonezh.

Previously, there was also a church in the settlement in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh, built in 1882 in a village then known as Raditsa Parovoznaya. A two-class church school operated at the church. In 1929, the church was closed and used as a school, then as a cinema, and later it was destroyed.

The church community was established in 2013 at the initiative of local residents. Initially, services were held in a trailer. In 2014, the cornerstone for the new church was consecrated, which began construction in the center of the settlement. The wooden church in Raditsa is small but cozy, with a beautiful three-tiered green iconostasis. Gas heating has been installed in the church, the territory is fenced, and a children's playground has been arranged.
