On December 27, 2015, in the village of Sinitskoye, Klentyansky District, Bishop Vladimir of Klintsy and Trubchevsk conducted the consecration of a chapel dedicated to St. Alexius, Man of God. The construction of this chapel began on June 10, 2015. This event was made possible by Alexey Petrovich Ekker, advisor to the vice president of OAO 'NK Rosneft'. He decided to build the chapel in his native village, sincerely striving to strengthen the Orthodox faith in his homeland.
