The wooden three-altar church was built in 1885. The church, designed in the shape of a cross and crafted "in paw", includes a main cubic section topped with a tent-like octagonal lantern with a small onion dome. The main section is covered by a faceted apse, to which side entrance volumes and extensions in the eastern intercrosses are attached, intended for the Smolensk and Zlatooustov chapels. There is also a spacious refectory and a two-tiered tent bell tower.

The parish was closed by a decree on November 13, 1965, but its activities were re-registered in 1995.
