The building was erected in 1818 at the request of landowner Kulyabko-Koretsky and functioned until 1929.

The structure has a cross-shaped form, formed by a square base with rounded corners and rectangular arms, which are covered with gable roofs and adorned with porticos. At the top of the building is a low cylindrical drum with a dome. The porticos of the side arms noticeably protrude and are supported by two pairs of widely spaced Tuscan columns on pedestals, which transition into an entablature on the walls. The altar projection is also decorated with a portico of half-columns. The protruding base is present not only at the walls but also at the drum, which is topped with an entablature. Rectangular windows and entrance doors are located in the side walls of the arms at the center of the porticos, which have no frames. Four large semicircular windows in the Empire style cut through the drum above the arms.

Today, the bell tower has been dismantled, as well as the southern and western porticos.
