The revival of the Orthodox parish began in 2001, when the residents of the village of Artyukhivka decided to register the parish and transferred a kindergarten building to it. Part of this building was transformed into an Orthodox church in honor of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin.

In 2006, a dome with a cross was installed on the church. In 2010, bells made in Voronezh were purchased and consecrated. Gas was also brought to the church.

Since April 2012, a Sunday school has been operating at the Intercession of the Holy Virgin Church, where anyone can learn, regardless of age.

Currently, the parish unites 14 villages and hamlets, with about 500 residents.
