The Znamensky parish was founded in 1907 and restored in 1995. Information about its pre-revolutionary life has not been preserved. During the Soviet era, the church building was converted first into a school and then into a club, resulting in the loss of its original architectural appearance; only elements of the basement floor remain. There is no Sunday school at the church, and services are held irregularly.
