The ruins of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Sign' Church in Dobrik are located in the center of the village on a slope leading to a field. The church was built of brick between 1876 and 1883 and originally had whitewashed walls.

The building has a large rectangular shape and is elongated along its longitudinal axis. Its architectural appearance is diversified by the three-sided projection of the altar apse, three-axis risalits on the side facades, and the expanded western part with the preserved lower tier of the bell tower, which served as a narthex. The smooth walls with a high plinth are pierced by large arched windows framed by framed casings, connected at the level of the window sills by a beam that encircles the entire building. In the center of the side risalits and the narthex are arched entrance openings with similar framing.
