On July 3, 2016, on the Sunday of All Saints who shone in the Russian land, the consecration and opening of the church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Softener of Evil Hearts' took place in the Ulitka microdistrict of the Dubovoe settlement.

This church can accommodate up to 200 people and is adorned with a unique iconostasis created by masters from Belgorod. There are only two such iconostases in the Belgorod region, and the church in honor of the Icon of the Mother of God 'Softener of Evil Hearts' is the only one.

The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor of Belgorod Region Sergey Bozhenov, the head of the Belgorod District Administration Alexander Sergienko, Metropolitan John of Belgorod and Stary Oskol, as well as television journalist and host of special projects at OAO 'Channel One' Andrey Malakhov. Alexander Sergienko presented letters of gratitude from the head of the Belgorod District Administration to Pavel Tapashidi, Alexander Oleshchenko, and Alexander Dudka, thanks to whom the construction of the church became possible. Pavel Tapashidi noted that at the beginning of the construction, there was an empty field at the site of the church, and despite the cold weather and strong winds during the consecration, no one doubted the successful completion of the project.

Next to the church is the parish school.
