In the village of Vladimirovka, the first temple in its history was built, the temple of the icon of the Mother of God 'Quick to Hear'. Its construction in 2008 is linked to a miraculous event that occurred with the icon in the home of a local resident.

On the night of January 3 to 4, 1993, a miracle took place in the home of widow Maria Dmitrievna Tarasova, who lived in the village of Vladimirovka in the Ivnyansky district of the Belgorod region. At that time, she was at home with her 12-year-old granddaughter Natalia. On the evening of January 3, the granddaughter noticed a bright light emanating from the icon of the Mother of God, which was located in the holy corner. To check if it was a reflection of electric light, the house lighting was turned off, but the icon continued to glow in the dark.

This phenomenon lasted all night. The villagers learned about it, and since then, services have been held at the site of the miracle.

In April 2001, a parish in honor of the icon of the Mother of God 'Quick to Hear' was established in the village. Since there was no church in the village, it was temporarily located in the building of the village school.

In the spring of 2007, a decision was made to build a new church. On August 8, the cornerstone was consecrated, and in 2008, the construction of the wooden church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God 'Quick to Hear' was completed. On August 3, 2008, the church was consecrated by Archbishop Ioann of Belgorod and Stary Oskol.

People from neighboring villages, as well as from Belgorod and the Kursk region, come to pray at the icon.
