According to archival data, the church at the hospital, dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God 'Joy of All Who Sorrow', was opened on October 28, 1915, by the resolution of His Eminence under number 6212.

Since 2015, the church has been undergoing restoration efforts by the parishioners. In 2019, an iconostasis was installed in memory of Sergey Gribov, a colonel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
