On October 6, 2016, with the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Bryansk and Sevsk, a joint service was held in the chapel dedicated to the Icon of the Mother of God 'All Sovereign', located at Bryansk Regional Hospital No. 1. The service was led by the secretary of the Bryansk Diocese, Archpriest Pavel Chikalin. He was assisted by the dean of the Bryansk city church district, Archpriest Vladimir Safronov, and the rector of the hospital church, Priest Viktor Kolesnik. The clergy conducted a water blessing service with the rite of minor consecration of the chapel and the Divine Liturgy.
