In 2010, a chapel dedicated to Blessed Ksenia of Petersburg was opened on the grounds of the Temporary Detention Center for Juvenile Offenders of the Interior Ministry of Belgorod Region. This saint is venerated as the heavenly patroness of the homeless and abandoned.

Ksenia of Petersburg, known as the Guardian Angel of Petersburg, was a beloved and respected saint. From the age of 26 to 71, she lived without a roof over her head, wandering the city, helping people, and praying for the salvation of her husband's soul, who died suddenly and without repentance.
