The museum includes various complexes reflecting different aspects of life in the region, from ancient times to modern scientific achievements. In the exhibition "History of the City," you can see items, documents, and materials related to the construction of the city, the activities of pioneers, and contemporary cultural life. Information about the construction of the largest petrochemical complex in Europe is also presented here.
The exhibition "Nizhnekamsk Antiquity" tells the history of the region from the 17th century, including ethnographic items, ancient household items, clothing, jewelry, coins, and books.
The nature hall offers a look at the taxidermy collection "Birds of the Ship Grove," which includes over 130 stuffed birds and animals. Here, you can also see the exotic collection "Residents of Coral Reefs," featuring shells, crabs, morays, and starfish. A separate hall is dedicated to the "Retro Living Room of the Stakheev Merchants," known for their entrepreneurial and charitable activities.
The art hall and the decorative and applied arts hall are constantly updated, showcasing works by local artists and masters of decorative and applied arts.
