From November 1, 2020, to March 21, 2021, Sunday is a day off. On the eve of holidays and on holidays, working hours are reduced by one hour. Sanitary day is held on the first Friday of each month.

Entrance fee: full ticket, 120 rubles; children's ticket (up to 14 years), 60 rubles; for foreign tourists, 240 rubles. Every first Tuesday of the month, admission is free.

You can get there by electric train from Kazan or Arsk stations to the Kamaevo platform. By car, from Kazan through Kurkachi village, under the railway bridge to Kamaevo village.

Guided tours are available for 600 rubles for a group of up to 25 people. Additionally, a master class on "Kazan Tюбетейка" is offered for 600 rubles for a group of up to 25 people, and crossbow shooting for 60 rubles per person (2 shots), age of participants from 10 years.
