The "Easter" fountain is located in the "Friendship" square in Belgorod. Previously, there was a spring here from which water was taken for the Nativity of the Mother of God Convent, situated on the territory of the modern Cathedral Square.

A fountain similar to the current one existed here since the late 19th century but was lost in the 2000s. It was restored based on old photographs, adding modern dynamic lighting. Special attention is drawn to the shape of the fountain, which was recreated as accurately as possible from pre-revolutionary images. The fountain is designed in the form of a large bowl with an open flower in the center. Under the petals are figures of lions looking in four directions.
