The fountain 'Ob' and Irtysh' is a unique structure and one of the main attractions of Khanty-Mansiysk. It is located in the Central Park of Culture and Recreation named after Losev, opposite the concert and theater center 'Yugra-Classik'.

The fountain was opened in January 2008. The chief architect of the project was D.Yu. Belik, and the sketch was developed by sculptor A.N. Kovalchuk. The architectural and planning solution was handled by D.Yu. Belik, B.V. Serebrovsky, and E.V. Ostasheva, while the working project was carried out by LLC TPO 'Yekaterinburg Artistic Fund'.

The fountain 'Ob' and Irtysh' reaches a height of 16 meters. Its small bowl has a diameter of 5.5 meters, while the large one measures 8 meters. One of the features of the fountain is the use of six different types of granite. The bottom of the bowl, where the water flows, is designed in the style of Florentine mosaic. The fountain represents a rock on which figures of animals inhabiting the Yugra region are placed. The top of the composition is adorned with figures of seagulls, while at the base are sculptures of a moose, lynx, bear, storks, wolves, owl, and deer. Near the owl is a scroll with the inscription: 'Where the gray Irtysh meets Ob, a city rises behind the ancient mountain.'

Particular attention is drawn to the lighting of the fountain, which highlights its beauty at night. In summer, the fountain 'Ob' and Irtysh' creates bright splashes of colorful rainbows around it.

Local residents and city guests enjoy taking photos against the backdrop of this amazing fountain, celebrating its presence.
