The Orthodox church is located in the city of Pushkin, a suburb of St. Petersburg, on Academic Avenue near Fermsky Park.
The parish of this church belongs to the St. Petersburg and Ladoga Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church and is part of the Tsarskoye Selo deanery. The rector is Priest German Ranne.
The church was built in 1909-1912 by the order of Emperor Nicholas II for His Majesty's Own Convoy and the Combined Infantry Regiment. The consecration took place on August 20 (September 2) 1912. From 1933 to 1991, the church remained closed.
