The house church at the Bryansk Diocesan Administration was established in 2004 after the administration moved to a two-story brick building on Pokrovskaya Hill. The church was consecrated on November 21, 2004. In 2010, a light tented octagon was built above the roof, which distinguishes the building. The church belongs to the parish of the Trinity Cathedral.
