This is the log house of the wealthy peasant Kuzovkin, brought from the village of Log. The two-story building is typical of the mid-19th century, and its facades are adorned with elegant carvings. The restored interior allows one to imagine the time when urban life began to penetrate the central Russian village.

On the first floor of the house is a weaving workshop, where hired workers toiled. Here are two weaving looms, a spinning wheel, and a device for rewinding threads.

The second floor is designated for living quarters, characteristic of old houses: a hut, a hallway, and a storage room. Here you can see a Singer sewing machine, a kerosene lamp, and a carved wooden bed, which symbolized wealth and prosperity in those times.

The house is beautiful at any time of year: in summer, it is surrounded by lush greenery, adding brightness, while in winter, the white snow immerses it in crystal purity and silence.
