One of the modern marriage palaces in Rostov-on-Don is located in a pre-revolutionary building, constructed in the early last century and owned by the Rostov lawyer Stepanosyan.

This single-story building is designed in the fashionable architectural styles of that time. At both ends of the facade, there are doors adorned with half-columns, and between them, three windows face 1st May Street.

After the establishment of Soviet power, the building was confiscated from its owners and underwent some changes. Today, it houses the registry office, and the building itself is included in the list of cultural heritage sites of regional significance.
