The Dangulov House is a special unit of the municipal library system. Savva Artemyevich Dangulov, born in 1912 and passed away in 1989, was a renowned writer, diplomat, and public figure. The house, opened in 1994, preserves his works, archival documents, photographs, portraits, and personal belongings, as well as a collection of paintings and sculptures on the theme "The Artist and His Muse," which Dangulov gifted to the residents of Armavir.

Today, the S. Dangulov House is recognized as a cultural center of the city. Savva Artemyevich dreamed that his house would become not just a repository, but a place of support for emerging talents. Various events are held here: themed evenings, discussions, literary-musical salons, chamber concerts, workshops, and art exhibitions. Both local and visiting talents participate in these events.

Interest clubs operate at the House: literary-creative associations "LitStikhiya" and "Rainbow," the author song club "High Wave," the women's club "Harmony," and the role-playing game club.

Regular excursions and discussions dedicated to the life and work of Savva Artemyevich Dangulov are held at the House. Visiting and guided tours at the S. Dangulov House are free.
