Sagir Family House: Winter Club of Officials

Фото 1
One of the pre-revolutionary architectural monuments in Rostov-on-Don is the building of the winter club of officials, which belonged to the family of a prominent Don bread industrialist, Sagirov. This beautiful two-story structure, built in the late 19th century, is now included in the list of cultural heritage sites of regional significance.

After the establishment of Soviet power, the winter club of officials was closed, and the building was confiscated from its owners. Today, the first floor houses the café-pastry shop "Golden Ear," while the second floor remains residential. The current address of the building is 1st May Street, house 2/28.
