The building is a residential house with nine apartments and offices on the first floor. In the early 90s, its creators, inspired by the freedom of creativity, enthusiastically developed a unique architectural project. Under the guidance of architect L. Kuderov, they managed to independently attract investors from among the future apartment owners and bring to life an unusual idea dedicated to the artist Alphonse Mucha, which gave the house its name.

The architecture of the building is executed in strict Nordic modernism with elegant plasticity of forms, asymmetry, and windows resembling loopholes. The external unusualness evokes contradictory feelings; however, today this structure has become a kind of landmark of the city.
