The small two-story house attracts attention with its carved cornice along the roof. On the second floor, there are two windows framed by wooden boards. In the early 20th century, there was a balcony here, which unfortunately has not survived. The second floor, along with the roof that overhangs it, served as the decoration of the house, while the first floor had almost no finishing.

In the early 20th century, the house belonged to Olga Kryuchenko, the widow of Nikolai Kryuchenko, who passed away in 1898. The Kryuchenko family was known as entrepreneurs, patrons, and public figures.

In the 1930s, during the period of densification, the house was divided into several apartments. The residential purpose has partially remained to this day, and a shop now operates on the first floor. In the yard, you can still see the outbuildings that belonged to the Kryuchenko family.
