One of the most interesting pre-revolutionary architectural monuments in Rostov-on-Don is the house of M.B. Ryndzyun, built in the 1910s. The uniqueness of this building lies in the fact that it housed a rare hydrotherapy center managed by I.G. Ryndzyun, a relative of the house's owner.

With the advent of Soviet power, the building was confiscated, and the hydrotherapy center closed forever. There is no information about the further fate of M.B. Ryndzyun and I.G. Ryndzyun; however, the house itself has survived to this day despite a century of neglect.

Unfortunately, unlike many other buildings of that time, the former tenement house of Ryndzyun has not been properly renovated and is in a deplorable state, despite its status as a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The entrance of the house is crumbling, and the elevator, which is the oldest in the city, has not been operational for many years.
