On Andreevskaya Street in Azov, Kravtsov's house stands out, consisting of two parts and including a store on the first floor. Built in 1910 at the request of local entrepreneur Kravtsov, it became a popular spot for townspeople. The merchant lived here and sold various goods. After the establishment of Soviet power, Kravtsov was dispossessed, and his house and store were confiscated.
Today, despite its protected status, the building is vacant and gradually deteriorating, although the walls and roof remain in relatively good condition. A few years ago, Kravtsov's house was included in the list of architectural monuments of regional significance in the Rostov region. There is hope that it will be restored and preserved.
