Kleymenov House in Borisoglebsk

Фото 1
The building was constructed in the early 20th century. It is a single-story brick structure with a stone base. On the northern side, wooden porches adjoin the rectangular body. The entrance portal, made of brick, faces the street. Decorative brick finishing, inspired by 17th-century Russian architecture, is concentrated on the main facade. Above the entrance is a trapezoidal pediment adorned with decorative elements, overlays, and arches. Pilasters and half-columns highlight the corners of the facade and the junctions of the interior walls. A cornice with a large overhang runs above a bracketed frieze with small towns. Rectangular windows are framed by half-columns with bands and cubical capitals, and are topped with ornate sandriks with key overlays. Beneath the window sill are reclining niches with overlays. Inside the building, living rooms are located along the main facade.
