The House of the Treasury Chamber, located on Revolution Avenue (formerly Big Noble Street) in Voronezh, is situated near Petrovsky Square.

This two-story building was constructed in the style of 18th-century classicism for the treasury chamber in 1786-1787, designed by Giacomo Antonio Domenico Quarenghi. It was intended to be part of an unfulfilled complex of four buildings meant for the governor's administration and provincial institutions, commissioned in 1784 by the governor of Voronezh, General-Poruchik Vasily Alexeyevich Chertkov. The buildings were planned to be connected by semicircular galleries, and the complex was to be located on the territory of the present-day Petrovsky Square. The construction of the treasury chamber was overseen by provincial architect I. I. Volkov. However, due to a ban on the construction of state stone buildings in the country, caused by the onset of the Russo-Turkish War, the complex was never completed. After the October Revolution, the treasury chamber was abolished, and the building was transferred to various state institutions, such as the provincial statistics bureau and the provincial archive bureau. After World War II, due to a housing shortage in the city, at the suggestion of architect A. V. Mironov, two more floors were added to the building.

Today, this building houses the representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in Voronezh.
