Next to the Fedorovsky Monastery in Pereslavl stands a small wooden house, on the facade of which are two memorial plaques. One is dedicated to Mikhail Ivanovich Gramenički (1882-1942), a renowned Russian pharmacologist, and the other to his son, the physiologist and professor Petr Mikhailovich Gramenički (1925-1981), who dealt with issues of aquatic and space medicine.
M. I. Gramenički wrote the textbook "General Pharmacology" for medical institute students. This textbook went through several editions and served as the main guide for students for a long time.
The Gramenički family were close relatives of the Albitsky family, who often visited this house. Other prominent figures of domestic science also visited here.
