The cultural heritage site of regional significance "Noble Society House, mid-19th century" is protected for its unique architectural features. The building, located on Sobinov Street, forms a sparse development and is a two-story structure with a basement and a mezzanine. It has a rectangular shape in plan and a four-pitched roof with specific dimensions and slope. Important elements include the placement and design of windows and doors: the second-floor windows on the eastern facade, as well as on the northern and southern facades, are rectangular and axially arranged. The first-floor and mezzanine windows also have a rectangular shape. Door openings are significant, including the main entrance on the front facade and a second entrance on the courtyard facade. The character of the carpentry work, the walls made of red clay bricks, and the facade design with profiled window surrounds require restoration during renovation. The second-floor facades are adorned with rectangular panels and architraves. The inter-floor cornice and other decorative elements, such as corner pilasters and architrave pulls, also need restoration. The interior space retains its historical layout with transverse and longitudinal walls dividing the building into various parts. The materials and structures of the walls and ceilings, as well as the design of the staircases, including the wooden main staircase with turned balusters and railings, are important. The interior is decorated with simple ceiling beams and Mettlach tiles in the vestibule, as well as arched openings of the second staircase.
