The building with unique facades on Perekuponny Lane in St. Petersburg belonged to the famous Russian architect Fyodor Fyodorovich Lumberg. It was constructed in 1904 using his own funds. One part of the house served as housing for the architect's family, while the other was rented out.

Unlike his previous projects, Fyodor Fyodorovich created this house without the usual stucco decoration on the facade. The mansion is designed in the Art Nouveau style and stands out due to its bold architectural solutions. The facade of the building is asymmetrical, featuring alternating rectangular, round, and oval windows.

The interiors retain rich decor in the same bold Art Nouveau style. The entrance area greets visitors with massive doors, behind which lies a vestibule with a two-tiered fireplace. The staircases are adorned with wrought iron railings and sculptures of atlantes positioned on either side of the passages.

Notably, the building has undergone almost no repairs over the century and has always been occupied. Today, the mansion houses residential apartments, the state organization DOSAAF, as well as private companies, painting and design studios, a legal center, and a mini-hotel.
