The Income House of the Tretyakovs, a historic building in Moscow, is located at the intersection of Kuznetsky Most and Rozhdestvenka streets. It was built in 1892 on the order of brothers Pavel and Sergey Tretyakov, renowned merchants and patrons. The building is a cultural heritage site of regional significance.

The architect was Alexander Stepanovich Kaminsky, husband of Sofia Mikhailovna Tretyakova. He created a three-story "terem" in the Russian style on Kuznetsky Most, one of his best works. Even at the design stage, it was known that part of the building on Rozhdestvenka street would house the "Lyon Credit" bank. Therefore, a unique system was developed in the basement, where safes were planned to be placed, allowing the room to be flooded with water for protection against robbers. From the side of Kuznetsky Most, the house featured a store of the "Datsyaro" company, known for publishing high-quality printed artistic graphics.

The interiors of the building were distinguished by elegance. The floors were adorned with mosaics made of small pieces of marble. An elegant staircase, made at the Bromley brothers' factory, also had marble railings. A balcony-mezzanine was decorated with a delicate cast-iron pattern, and the walls were adorned with tapestries. After the revolution, the house was nationalized. It housed the People's Commissariat of Justice, and later, the Prosecutor's Office of the RSFSR. A hair salon operated in part of the building. Over time, the interior decor of the house suffered greatly. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, the premises of the former Tretyakov trading house housed a restaurant and a sauna with a pool.

In 2007, restoration of the building began. Mosaic floors, the staircase, the balcony-mezzanine, and a chandelier from the late 19th century, likely created based on a sketch by artist A.N. Benois, were restored. Exact copies of the tapestries that previously adorned the walls were also made. The facades of the building were repaired, and the copper decorative roof with finials was restored.

Currently, as before the revolution, part of the building houses a bank, while the other part contains offices.
