The income house of hereditary honorable citizen S.N. Dronov is an architectural monument of regional significance. This building, constructed in pre-revolutionary Rostov-on-Don, is located in the city center on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street. The three-story structure with balconies, a "kokoshnik" on the roof, and half-columns around the windows was built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.

Unfortunately, after the revolution, much of the information about such buildings was lost. Today, it is known only that Dronov's house was popular among residents and guests of Rostov. Its convenient location and original beauty always attracted attention. However, after 1920, the building experienced a period of neglect, as it was confiscated from its owners. Only in our time has it been renovated and once again amazes with its beauty, evoking admiration from architecture enthusiasts.
