The house of first guild merchant Pavel Prokofyevich Borisov-Morozov, previously serving as an income house, is an architectural landmark of Saratov. It was built in the late 1880s, although the memorial plaque indicates the early 20th century. The name of the architect is unknown. Pavel Prokofyevich owned enterprises that produced bricks, flour, oil, soap, and glycerin. He also owned a large two-story building at the intersection of Alexandrovskaya and Moskovskaya streets.

For a long time, this building housed the Registry Office for the Kirov District of Saratov. It is recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance.
