The income house in the late modern style was built in 1906 according to the design of the German architect Gustav Helrich. It is located at the intersection of Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya Street, Spiridonovka, and Vspolny Lane. This location is characteristic of St. Petersburg but is rarely found in Moscow.

After the revolution, the building had communal apartments, which were vacated by the 1980 Olympics. Currently, the house contains 24 apartments.

The building stands out with its wavy facade featuring balconies, bay windows, and floral ornamentation. The corner bay window is supported by atlantes, and the roof is adorned with a belvedere, a small gazebo.

As part of the regional program for the capital repair of apartment buildings, a major renovation with restoration is being carried out in the building. Specialists repaired the complex-shaped roof, completely replacing the rafter system, insulation, drainage, and sheathing. The brickwork was cleaned, plastered, and painted, while the wooden structures were treated with fire and bio-protective compounds.

The building has already regained its historical appearance, including the restoration of the design of 32 brackets. Missing details were cast in a workshop organized right in the courtyard of the house.

Inside the house, specialists have tidied up the basement premises and replaced the cold water supply and electricity systems.
