Kuzmin's Income House, which also houses his pastry shop and bakery, is located at the intersection of Moscow and Christmas streets on the same estate. It is now known as the "House with the Thermometer" and is located at 37 M. Gorky Street. It was built in 1911 in the Art Nouveau style.
