The House of the Jerusalem Patriarchate was built in 1892 according to the design of architect A.S. Kaminsky. In 1905, architect G.P. Yevlanov added a floor in the Art Nouveau style, and the sixth floor was added in the 1930s.
In the 1910s, the General Consulate of Greece was located in this building.
A complete reconstruction of the building was carried out in the 2000s.
