Among the entrepreneurs of pre-revolutionary Rostov were representatives of various nationalities, including Jews, who left their mark on the city's history. In 1909, an income house was built on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, owned by Ionash Ruimovich Gots, the owner of a billiard table factory in Rostov. The factory was located in one of the building's courtyards. In addition to the factory, the house housed several offices and shops that traded in oil and coal. The premises were rented by the Moscow trading house Fetter and Ginkel, which dealt with electric lighting in Rostov. This continued until the arrival of Soviet power, after which the income house was closed and the building was confiscated from its legal owner.

The main facade of the building resembles the income house of Yablokov, with large windows and Hermes masks. However, instead of scenes from commercial life, gargoyles are located between the second and third floors. The house is recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance and is under state protection.
