In the list of cultural heritage sites of regional significance in Rostov-on-Don, the income house of G.I. Rodopulos holds a special place, built shortly before the start of World War I. This beautiful four-story building made of red brick invariably attracts attention and serves as an excellent example of pre-revolutionary architecture in the city, enchanting with its appearance.
In the past, the income house of G.I. Rodopulos housed numerous rental apartments, and various shops operated on the first floor. After the establishment of Soviet power, the building was confiscated. Only in our time has the former income house received proper care and been restored, entering the list of cultural heritage sites of regional significance.
