The income house of Alexander Edmundovich Lash, a monument of cultural heritage of regional significance, was built in the early 20th century. It is located at 75 Pushkin Street, opposite the Maxim Gorky Park, which is situated in the very center of Rostov-on-Don.

The facade of the building faces the red line of Pushkin Street. The house has four floors and an attic, and its design features elements of Gothic style. The vertical division of the facade is emphasized by two extreme braces adorned with columns on the sides, which are topped with pediment gables. Above the main entrance, one can see small decorative columns and plant ornaments. The window openings are decorated with keystones, and between the third and fourth floors, there is a band with plant ornamentation. The fifth floor, the attic, is equipped with dormer windows.

Initially, the income house was used for renting out apartments. The most prestigious apartments had windows facing Pushkin Street, while the less prestigious ones faced the courtyard. After the establishment of Soviet power, the building was nationalized, but it is currently once again a residential apartment building.
