The Dalmatovsky Historical Museum named after A. N. Zyryanov is located on Soviet Street in the city of Dalmatovo, Kurgan Oblast. It occupies the building of the former Nikolayevsky parish church, which is an architectural monument of the 18th century.

The museum was opened in 1962 as a school local history museum. Later, it was merged with Dalmatov Secondary School, leading to the creation of the modern Dalmatovsky Historical Museum. Since 1978, it has been a branch of the Kurgan Regional Local History Museum.

In 1983, the museum moved to its current location. Since then, it has repeatedly participated in the VDIH and in 1987 was recognized as the winner of the All-Union Review. The main tour of the museum is dedicated to the history of the Assumption Monastery in Dalmatovo, as well as issues of settlement in the region, the construction of the fortress, peasant uprisings, the situation of monastery peasants, and peasant life.
